Welcome to Superintelligencepoker.com™ ("the Site"), a free poker training site owned and operated by George Haritos of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site lets you practice No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha against AI bots and other players. It is for training and entertainment only. There is no real-money gambling.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We set this age because poker is closely tied to gambling, and we don't want to introduce minors to it. It also keeps us from collecting data from children. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close their account.
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, advertising, or sharing other people's personal information. Our bad-word filter and mute tool help, but they aren't perfect, and you can mute any player at any time. We may remove messages and limit chat for anyone.
We may warn, suspend, or delete any account at our discretion, with or without notice, especially for breaking these Terms. You can stop using the Site at any time and ask us to delete your account.
What we store: your username, a hashed (scrambled) password (we never store your actual password), your avatar, your game and hand history, your chat messages, and basic technical data such as cookies and IP address. Why we store it: to run your account, keep games fair, prevent cheating, moderate chat, and improve the Site.
What we don't do: we don't sell your personal information.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost Dojo Coin, ranks, data, or account access. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $50 USD. Because the Site is free, this is a reasonable limit.
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for major changes, let you know on the Site. If you keep using the Site after a change, you agree to the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
