Superintelligencepoker.com™ ("the Site") is a free play-money poker training site run by Zyn Payments LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your username, display name, email address, a securely hashed password, and the date you accepted the Terms.
• Play data: hands, results, Dojo Coin balance, belts, chat messages and settings, so the games, stats and leaderboards work.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic device and browser information, used to keep the Site secure, stop cheating and ban evasion, and estimate your country (for example to show a flag).
• Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the Site needs to work: one keeps you logged in and others remember your browser and settings. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count page visits and see which pages are used. Umami is cookieless: it doesn't set cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't build a profile of you. It only gives us totals.

How we use your data

• To run your account and the games.
• To show public stats and leaderboards (you can ask us to make your stats private).
• To keep the Site fair and safe, and to answer you when you contact us.
• To send account emails, such as confirming your email address.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We use a few service providers to run the Site (for example hosting and email delivery), and they only use the data to provide that service. We may share data if the law requires it or to protect the Site and its players.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Records used to stop cheating and ban evasion may be kept longer while a ban is active. Hand histories and results may be kept for stats, anonymized if you ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to make your stats private. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email george@superintelligencepoker.com and we'll help.

Age

The Site is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Where data is stored

We're based in the United States, and your data is stored and processed there.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
